"Easy Does It" Yoga is a safe, gentle program that anyone can do!
It is a holistic program of simple exercise, breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques designed to help you regain and maintain health, well-being, and independence.
These techniques will gradually increase your stamina, strength, flexibility, and feelings of well-being. Join us with certified instructor Julie Martin in "Easy Does It" Yoga as a way of awakening your body and mind towards health and vitality.
